Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from it. By placing an order, you agree to them. Our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies are part of these terms.

Who you are buying from

This store is operated by Sekou Clarke, sole proprietor, doing business as Immigrants Make US Great ("I.M.U.G.", "we", "us"), 121 S Orange Ave, Suite 1270, Orlando, FL 32801. You can reach us at hello@immigrantsmakeusgreat.com.

Where we sell

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders with a shipping address outside the United States cannot be completed.

Products and prices

• Prices are in US dollars and are confirmed at checkout before you pay.
• Every piece is produced by our printing partner after you order. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the finished garment.
• We work to keep the site accurate. If a price or description is wrong, we will contact you before your order ships, and you can cancel for a full refund.
• We may change prices or stop offering a piece at any time. A change never affects an order you have already placed.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a piece is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

You can cancel an order any time before production or printing starts by emailing hello@immigrantsmakeusgreat.com. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Pre-orders

Some pieces may be offered on pre-order. A pre-order is made to order and ships when production lands. The expected shipping window is shown on the product page and in your bag. It is an estimate, not a guarantee. If it moves, we will email you, and you can cancel for a full refund before your order ships.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments, on a secure page hosted by Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.

Taxes

Prices do not include sales tax. Where we are required to collect sales tax, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Our designs and brand

Everything on this site, including the I.M.U.G. name and marks, the designs, graphics, photography, film and words, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Buying a piece gives you the piece, not the right to reproduce its design.

Using this site

Do not misuse this site: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, and no use of it for anything unlawful.

Warranties

We stand behind the quality of what we make, and the Returns policy explains what happens if a piece arrives defective. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the site and products are provided as they are, without other warranties.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Florida. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be waived by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
